NGA.NET receives 2010 Australian Achiever Award for excellence in customer service under the category Internet and Computer Services and Supplies.

 

Australian Achiever Awards is an independent, unbiased awards system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers. NGA.NET is pleased to have achieved the score of 88.51% for customer service, which is assessed on the following criteria:

  • Care and attention
  • Value
  • Attitude
  • Communication
  • Overall perception and consistent standard of service
  • Referral and word of mouth recommendation

The criteria is rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% is regarded as exceptional and reflects the outstanding customer service.
