NGA.NET, the largest provider of e-recruitment software, was recently contracted by the Defence Materiel Organisation to supply new, customised versions of their Natural TalentTM software platform and NGA.NET eRecruit software to service their 7,500 employee-strong workforce.
NGA.NET CEO Mike Giuffrida said the contract with the 7,500-strong organisation had a three-year term with an option to extend.
He said the win reflected NGA's strong public sector presence and good relationships with other government agency clients.
He said the poor economic climate was accelerating the uptake of NGA's new platform, Natural Talent, which was designed to cut costs and increase productivity.
