Project Services

The NGA.NET Project Service team are qualified Project Consultants who work closely with our clients to implement their HR software. The Project Manager leads new clients through the process, works with organisations stakeholders and ensures that the product is uniquely configured to each organisations needs.

Training

NGA.NET has Trainers to teach our software users how to properly use, administer, and customise HR software. Our training team is available to our clients to run group sessions, one on one coaching and remote webinars.

Account Management

Each client has a dedicated Account Manager who is their first point of contact for account information, training requests, product enhancements or support escalation point.

Customer Support

Our experienced support team includes dedicated Help Desk staff and experienced Support Consultants who are first point of call for all product questions.
