The MyCareer job board and NGA.NET eRecruit integration enables recruiters to advertise jobs on their career portal as well as MyCareer job board. Any candidates that apply via the job board ads will automatically be presented with the eRecruit online application form aligned to the job in eRecruit. A recruiter can then log into eRecruit and review, monitor and communicate with candidates that have applied via multiple sources from the one access point.
