Mike Giuffrida

CEO

Mike co-founded NGA.NET in 1997 and was appointed CEO in 2002. Widely regarded as a thought leader in online recruitment, Mike was awarded the 2008 Victoria State Pearcey Award for his innovative and pioneering achievement and contribution to research and development in IT.

Richard Herbert

Chief Technology Officer

An NGA.NET Director and product architect responsible for the design and development of our HR software and technology platform. Richard also developed Australia’s first online resume builder.

Karen Evans

Chief Sales Officer

Karen joined NGA.NET in 2004 and holds responsibility for the Sales and Corporate Development Teams. This role encompasses management of the Sales Team in the attraction of new customers and the formation and management of strategic business partnerships and acquisitions to provide new growth opportunities for the business.

Mike Wilkinson

Chief Customer Officer

Joining the team in April 2010 Mike’s role at NGA.NET is to drive customer focused product development underpinned by a deep understanding of customers needs both now and into the future. Previous to this Mike has worked for major Australian publishers in senior marketing and business management roles preceded by account management roles in multi-national advertising agencies.

Emma Evans

HR Manager

Head of HR, Emma has over 10 year recruitment industry experience and previously worked directly with clients in the Account Management team.
