Corporate Development

The Corporate Development team plans and executes a wide range of strategies to expand the current NGA.NET offering. This team is responsible for a wide range of initiatives including introducing best of breed product offerings, establishing relationships with strategic business partners, identifying and acquiring companies and increasing intellectual property assets.

Sales

The sales team is responsible for new business and required to manage the entire sales cycle, from uncovering, qualifying and progressing sales opportunities, closing sales and handover to the Client Service team. NGA.NET offers extensive product training, achievable targets, commission structure and a passionate, close knit team environment.

Technology

NGA.NET develops our HR products in-house and has one of the largest ColdFusion Development teams in Australia. In addition to our Tech team NGA.NET also has teams dedicated to IT, QA, Design and Product to ensure our HR software meets our customers needs now and in the future.

Operations

The Operations division is the post sales, client facing area of the NGA.NET and is made up of Project Implementations, Training, Account Management and Support. Operations provides a seamless service for the client from sign off on their contract, through to product implementation, training and on-going service and support. This team is the face of NGA.NET to our client base.

Administration

Working across the organisation, this team includes Human Resources, Marketing, Finance & Administration to support general business operations.
